1.  iObservation Review:  Dave Gibbons will be hosting an iObservation fidelity training session for the first half of the meeting time.

2.  NENTA:  Kim Powell will manage the NENTA sub program.  You will need to get her the information for planned absences so she can post the opening.  If the opening is not taken, she will then post it on the regular sub program.  If a NENTA sub takes the job, she will post the leave request and sub on the regular program so that leave can be recorded from one site.

3.   Facilities Update:  ???

4.  Ribbon Cutting for the Field House:   The Ribbon cutting for the field house is scheduled for Labor Day immediately following the parade.
