1.  Book Review:  "The Flip Side"  Chapters 10-12

2.  Parent-Teacher Conference Report:  Principals reported on parent-teacher conferences.  We may want to consider moving the high school parent-teacher conferences to the Tuesday to reduce the conflict with the technology fair scheduled for Wednesday.

3.  Technology Fair Report:  We have a technology meeting scheduled with the technology team to review the 2016 Tech Fair and suggestions for improving the program in the future.  All administrators are welcome to attend the meeting if available. 

4.  Teacher Incentive Plan Discussion:  We reviewed items to present to the SEA and board of education for consideration of incentive pay. 

5.  Inventory Update:  Inventory updates are due prior to Thanksgiving break.

6.  Strategic Planning Discussion:  The administrators reviewed the strategic planning information and updated forms reflecting the work completed at each building during the 2016 calendar year.
