October 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM - Technology Staff Meeting @ SMS Conference Room

1.  2016 Strategic Planning Goals:  See attachment.

2.  Webinar: Apptegy (Casey Mikula) will join the meeting.   He will present how the district/buildings can use technology to connect with our students, parents, patrons, graduates, etc...  There are several companies out there who do this work.  Our goal is to become more informed about this technology to see if there is a need to expand our current efforts.

3.  2016 Tech: Fair:  Comments/suggestions concerning the 2016 tech fair - how to make 2017 fair better.  Moving vendors to the west gym was a great move.  Much easier to supervise and engage students throughout the day.  If they move parent-teacher conferences to Tuesday, teachers would be able to assist with supervision of high school students. 

4.  District/Building Webpages: Getting building events/activities/pictures/etc... information to Kady Arps in a timely manner for websites.
