Rationale:
1. 2017-18 Recommended Calendar Changes: See Draft 2 Calendar reflecting changes to the starting dates and first quarter parent-teacher conferences for the high school. 2. 2017 Strategic Planning Priorities: See "Grand Design". The special board meeting will provide an opportunity for administrators to discuss recommendations for 2017. The board members and faculty will have one month to review recommendations. The plan will be posted for final approval in March.
