5 Minutes of FAME:  APL Weekly Focus:  Pass Option, Clear Directions and Information, Classroom Conditions

1.  SAA Meeting Location:  We will continue to meet at the District Building unless notified of the need to change locations.

2.  Requisitions:  Textbook cycle and requisitions for 2020-21 will be open Monday, February 17th.  If you have any new hires, we need to know who they replaced and the inventory that goes to the new teacher.  Teachers will need to requisition for their present positions.  The COOP purchase teacher catalog opens on line on 2/17/2020.  Coop purchase is due March 30th.  Regular requisitions due May 1st.

3.  2020-21 Teacher/Program Needs:  Please focus on your teacher needs at this time.  We are currently advertising:  Elementary Principal, Middle School Assistant Principal, Physical Education, Elementary Education, Instrumental Music, High School Language Arts, Middle School Math/Science. 

4.  Principal Selection and Interview Process:  We will begin the review of candidates this week and set up interviews for next week.  Mr. Comley and Mr. Zavadil need to get a list of teachers willing to sit on an advisory committee for these interviews.

5.  Parent-Teacher Conferences:  Discussion and coordination of 3rd Quarter Parent-Teacher Conferences. 

6.  Strategic Planning:  Review academic recommendations on Thoughtexchange.
