December 15, 2017 at 3:00 PM - SEA Monthly Meeting

1.  Gallup Survey:  All staff received an email with their access to the Gallup Survey.  The building principals are responsible for making sure their staff has completed the survey prior to leaving for Christmas break.  Please check with your principal to see if there are still people in your building who need help completing the survey.  They will need to print off their results and bring the report to the all staff meeting on January 3rd.

2.  High School Facility:  The new parking lot at SCHS will be completed and painted on Monday/Tuesday, December 18-19th.  The lot will be open for use on Wednesday, December 20th.  Landscaping in the areas outside of the parking lot and in the areas between the parking lot and sidewalks will be completed in the spring.

3.  2018-19 Calendar Proposal:  Discussion on 2018-19 school calendar.  Draft attached below.  The board of education will formally adopt the calendar in February.

4.  2018 Strategic Plan Proposals:  Discussion on the 2018 strategic action plans.  Draft attached below.  We will host a second round of discussion on January 3rd at our all staff meeting.  The board of education will formally adopt the plan in February.
