I. Vehicle Inventory, tracking system, and Vehicle Replacement Plan.
Rationale:
Meeting Attendees: Dan Hoesing, Michelle Egr, and Ronnie Mundil.
Discussion: We reviewed a system for managing district vehicles, tracking mileage, and scheduling vehicle use across the district. The administrative committee will develop a plan and select a program to assist in managing district vehicle usage and reporting. Our goal is have a system adopted and operational by January 2014. Our long-term plan is to have staff vehicle requests and vehicle maintenance managed in the system. |
