2:30 - 2:45   History...so what?
                    Changes in Responsibilities - Larianne reviewed changes in our administrative
                    structure from 2012-13 to 2013-14.  The building principals will be more
                    involved this year relieving Mr. Goos to be able to work more as our school
                    psychologist. 

2:45 - 3:00   Vision/Mission - Larianne reviewed our district vision and mission as consistent
                    with all other programs in the district:  STRIVE - COMMIT - SUCCEED

3:00 - 3:30   Handbook work - Larianne shared her work on creating a Special Education
                    Handbook for Schuyler.  She is in the process of making the changes from
                    the ESU to match our needs in Schuyler.
