February 26, 2019 at 9:00 AM - SAA Weekly Meeting

Rationale: 

1.  Book Review: "The Advantage"  Pages 105-118:  Mr. Zavadil
2.  Bond Update:  Ballots are out.  4th quarter.  Matters how we finish!  We will update you on progress from last week.

3.   OCR  Review:  2017-18 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC), the Advance Website (AWS) is OPEN!  Please work with Kim Powell on completing this document.
4.  2019-20 Calendar Discussion:  I met with the SEA on February 22nd.  Dave Gibbons has draft II.  We will review their recommendations and present the calendar to the board for approval on March 11th.
5.  Staff and Program Needs: Staffing needs for 2019-20 will need to be online as soon as possible.  Please focus on your teacher needs at this time.  We will address support staff needs in March.

6.  Requisitions:  Textbook cycle and requisitions for 2019-20 are open.  Teachers will need to requisition for their present positions.  The COOP purchase catalog opens on line on 2/18/2019.  Coop purchase is due April 1st.  Regular requisitions due May 1st.
7.  Thought Exchange:  The two questions on student discipline and staff morale are closed.  We are working on questions for the next two areas to post.
a.  Student attendance and tardies.
b.  Student achievement and academic program Improvement
8.  Renaissance 360 Assessments:  Dr. Gibbons will discuss our support of progress monitoring using these STAR and custom assessments.  Administrative training at 9:45 following our regular meeting.
