I. Review Monthly SEA Meeting Minutes
Rationale:
The Schuyler Education Association met this morning. See attached information.

II. Insurance Forms, Personal Appliances, Tech Insurance
Rationale:
Please return the above items to Marlene Hartman by Friday, October 4th. She will need these to adjust payroll for those wanting to deduct the fees from their paychecks.

III. Fall NETA Conference in Kearney
Rationale:
Final review of traveling plans and conference registrations for the all NETA Conference in Kearney on October 2nd and 3rd.

IV. Review 1st Quarter Parent-Teacher Conferences
Rationale:
We need to discuss the success of the first quarter parent-teacher conferences. We also need to discuss possible changes to dates/times for the 2nd and 3rd quarter conference times.

V. Discuss Board Retreat
Rationale:
The board will be hosting their board retreat in late October or early November. We will need to prepare meeting information and discuss the format for the meeting in order to identify and prioritize the goals they want us to work on in 2014. We will discuss this at the SAA meeting.

VI. Classroom Observation Schedules.
Rationale:
Please submit your September classroom observation schedules. In addition, please submit your overall observation of your teacher's implementation of "initial classroom routines". We will also discuss the October shift to assisting teachers with closure. These two routines have the greatest impact on long-term retention and are vital to classroom management, increasing learning value, motivating learning within and outside of the classroom, etc...
