Early Retirement Eligibility: We have 3 early retirement requests for partial eligibility. See board meeting. 2. School Safety/Security Assessment Report: Dr. Lefdal, Jesse Zavadil, Meridith Riha, and Heather Bebout are registered for this workshop. It is zoom, so you will stay in your building/office. These building reps. along with 6 other representatives will be involved in a attending a zoom two-day workshop (March 16th & 17th) hosted by NDE (FEMA: High Quality Emergency Operations Plan). In addition to 6 school members we must include (Emergency Manager, County Sheriff, Chief of Police, Fire Chief) in this training. We will be updating our plan to match all the requirements of the FEMA Plan. 3. 2021-22 Requisitions: The 2021-22 COOP purchase teacher catalog opened on-line on February 21, 2021. Textbook cycle and requisitions for 2021-22 will be open Monday, March 15th. Teachers will need to requisition for their present positions. Coop purchase is due Friday, March 26th. Regular requisitions due Friday, April 30th. 4. Draft 4 School Calendar: All board committees are aware of changes to the draft 3 calendar included in draft 4. I don't anticipate much discussion on the changes. See attached draft. 5. 2021 STRAT Plan Meeting Schedule: Thank you for working with board committees to share staff/community priorities for the 2021 strategic plan. 6. March 9th Parent-Teacher Conferences: The food service will provide an evening meal during parent-teacher conferences. Planning on wrapped sandwiches, etc.... 7. NASB/NDE Zoom Meeting: The NASB and NDE are hosting a 15 minute zoom meeting tonight at 7:30 for all school boards across the state to discuss new accreditation standards for schools. I will ask at the start of the meeting for the board to agree to modify the agenda if there are still items for discussion at that time. If there are remaining items, we will resume the agenda following the presentation
