1.  Board Reports:  Due Wednesday, October 9th. (Spotlight staff, program, upcoming event)

2.  October Special Events:  The fall technology fair is scheduled for Wednesday, October 16th.  Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 17th.  Fall Break is October 18th.  Professional Development Day is October 21st.  APL New Teacher Training is October 22nd, 23rd, and 24th.

3.  2019-20 Teacher Incentive Program:  Discussion and Ideas for us to consider proposing to the SEA and board of education.

4.  First Quarter Outstanding Staff:  Nominations for first quarter "Outstanding" techer, para-educator, and support staff are due on October 10th (we have several teachers, no para's, 1 support staff).  Please make sure your building employees are represented in this nomination process.  Representatives from the Foundation and Chamber of Commerce will meet with building administrators sometime in November, following an administrative (SAA) meeting.  Staff will be recognized on Wednesday, November 27th.
 

5.  October Support Staff Meetings:  All meetings for the year are on the superintendent's calendar.

October 23rd:  Food Service Staff @ SCHS East Gym (2:15 PM)
October 25th:  Para/Office Support Staff @ SCHS East Gym (2:00)  SES Music Room (2:30)
October 25th: SEA @ Supt. Office 3:15 PM.
