1. October Support Staff Meetings: 
October 30th: Custodial/transportation/Food Service @ SCHS East Gym (2:15 PM)
November 1st:  Para/Office Support Staff @ SCHS East Gym (2:00)  SES Music Room (2:30)
November 1st: SEA @ Supt. Office 3:15 PM.

2.  APL Workshops:  Feedback on the APL teacher and administration workshops.

3.  2020-21 Certificated Staff Negotiations:  First meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 28 @ 6:30 at the supt. office.

4.  2019-20 Teacher Incentive Program:  Discussion and Ideas for us to consider proposing to the SEA and board of education.

5.  Strategic Planning Meeting:  Our 2020 Strategic Planning All Staff Workshop is scheduled for the morning of November 27th.  We will be changing the format and use the Thoughtexchange system to manage our work.  See attached strategic planning information.

6.  Health Screens:  We will be hosting health screens again on the morning of the strategic planning meeting.  The meeting is setup to allow individuals to leave for their screen, and return to give input.

7.  Senators Visitation:  Senator Bruce Bostelman and Senator Lou Ann Linehan will be in Schuyler on Wednesday, October 30th.  They are planning on visiting all school buildings in Schuyler.  Not sure about the rural schools.  I am sure they are interested in visiting about the priority status and process.
