1. Report on October Support Staff Meetings: 
October 30th: Custodial/transportation/Food Service @ SCHS East Gym (2:15 PM)
November 1st:  Para/Office Support Staff @ SCHS East Gym (2:00)  SES Music Room (2:30)
November 1st: SEA @ Supt. Office 3:15 PM.

2.  Teacher Negotiations:  The board of education and Schuyler Education Association meet tonight on the   2020-21 Master Contract and 2019-20 incentive plan.  If approved by the teachers, this contract will be on the board agenda for approval on Monday's board meeting.

3.  Strategic Plan Review:  Discuss the 2019 strategic plan report and progress on the action plans.  These are due on Friday, November 8th.  I will provide an updated copy for review at our SAA meeting next Monday.  Pleas make sure you visit with your staff to make sure we honor the work that was completed in your building/program during 2019.  Once updated, we will share these results with our staff, parents and community leaders.  We will expand the use of Thoughtexchange to guide our process, formulate better questions, and improve the focus and impact of this work.  Our stratigic planning team will meet on Thursday morning to organize our meeting scheduled for November 27th.  Once we have this process in place, Dr. Gibbons will work with ECRA to demonstrate the metrics used to measure impact of our plan, student achievement, and progress on strategic initiatives.

4.  Health Screens:  We will be hosting health screens again on the morning of the strategic planning meeting.  The meeting is setup to allow individuals to leave for their screen, and return to give input.
