Goal:  State-of-the-art technology program to improve learning for students and promote an effective learning environment.

Target Area:

1. Hire an IT staff to support implementation of technology for teaching and learning.

   Strategy:  Develop K-12 technology curriculum.  (Dec. 2014)

   Strategy:  Develop job descriptions and hire/assign technology staff.  (July 2014)

   Strategy:  Develop a professional development plan to promote technology implementation and improved student achievement.  (Sept. 2014)

2. Develop a technology plan to prioritize hardware and software purchases at each building.

Strategy:  Develop a budget and timeline to support hardware & software purchases and professional development.  (Sept. 2014)
