5 Minutes of FAME:  Capturing Kids Hearts (EXCEL)

1.  COVID/Illness Report:  Tori will be at the meeting to finalize our recommendation to the board on the Return-to-Learn Plan and daily monitoring of student absences.

3.  District/Building Websites:  Overview of the district and building websites.
4.  FlieMaker Portal:  Review the FileMaker Portal and Access to all district programs.
5. SPARQDATA Portal:  Review access to all district meetings, board policies, etc...
6. Safety Plan and Flip Charts:  The manuals have been updated, however, we need to review your building information and update staff/phone numbers for all buildings.  Please pick up classroom and command flip charts for your buildings.
7. STRAT Plan:  Review Goals and Action Plans.
8. STRAT Plan Dashboard:  Review the STRAT Plan Dashboard.
9.  iObservation Portal:  Dr. Gibbons will be out to help you setup your teacher observation/coaching model.
