2. Probationary Teacher Evaluations: All probationary teachers are required to have one full observation and evaluation completed during each semester of their first three years. This observation must be for a full-class period. Please make sure you have a signed copy in their file. 3. Administrator Evaluations: All of your evaluations are posted and collaboration is open for you to work with Dr. Gibbons to input your growth for first semester. 5. Strategic Plan: Please continue to update completed actions for 2021. We still have two weeks to complete items on the list and begin planning for the 2022 STRAT Plan. 6. ThoughtExchanges: We will meet on Monday with the Leadership Team and put out one question to the general public for priorities for the 2022 STRAT Plan. We will then review public input and coordinate staff input on January 17-18 Staff Meeting.
