Rationale:  1.  Summer Literacy Program:  Barb from ESU 7 will be here to present information on the middle/high school summer literacy workshop.

2.  Staff Hiring Update:  We have two positions unfilled for the 2014-15 school year.  Elementary Guidance and Alternative Education SPED/Behavior.  Thank you for your work to secure a quality staff for the 2014-15 school year.  We now need to finalize our extra-duty and extended contract assignments for 2014-15 school year.

3.  Summer School:  Update on staffing for the summer school.  We will present our recommendation to the board on Monday.

4.  Requisition and Inventory:  This is the final week for teacher requisitions.  Mr. Gibbons has been working with teachers on their textbook and consumable workbook orders.  Sally and I will prepare requisition printouts for your review next week.  Teachers will be expected to complete inventory of their room/programs prior to leaving for the summer. 

5.  Curriculum Cycle:  We need to finalize our recommendation on 2014 and 2015 curriculum cycle by the end of the week.  The board will be asked to approve this recommendation at their meeting on Monday.

6.  Building and Grounds:  We need to finalize our recommendation on work to be completed during the summer of 2014.  The board will be asked to approve this recommendation at their meeting on Monday.

7. Strategic Plan:  SCS:  Teacher Requisition/Inventory Program, Building and Grounds Plan, Vehicle Replacement/Maintenance Program, Textbook/Curriculum Program/Cycle.   SCHS:  Report on Career & Technical Education and Advanced/College Credit offerings for 2014-15.    SMS:  Report on Career/Technical Education and High Ability Learners.    SES:  Balance core academic schedule, High Ability Learners.

8.  Staff Breakfast:  The district will host a end of the year breakfast in conjunction with our Warrior Wellness Committee.  Please invite all staff to attend the breakfast.
