II. Afternoon Activities: Chamber Day!
Rationale:
All Staff,
I hope you have had a great start to your school year. Special thanks to Alicia and Dre-Z for taking a risk and having fun kicking-off our school year. Jamie and her food service team for proving lunch at EACH building from 11:00 to 1:00. At 1:00 SES and rural school staff can go to the new K-1 Dual Language for their grand opening of that wing. The middle and high school staff are encouraged to go downtown and visit the businesses. At 2:00, the groups will switch places. The businesses are encouraged to reciprocate by attending your Open Houses at each building. Please encourage the merchants to stop by your building after work! The Chamber provided the vendor fair passport and the map of downtown Schuyler Business Day! Please turn these in to your building principal’s office to be included in the drawing for Chamber Bucks! The Ribbon Cutting for the new K-1 Dual Language Wing will be held at 5:30 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend. Thanks again for your efforts to kick-off a great school year. Dr. Hoesing |
