Rationale:
Communication - Belief Effort Respect Responsibility One Good Thing! 5 Minutes of FAME: Capturing Kids Hearts (EXCEL) 1. District All-Staff Meeting: Review District Meeting Agenda Items. 2. Chamber Day/Open House: Thanks to those who encouraged their staff to participate in the Chamber Event. Chamber Bucks Drawing??? 3. District/Building Websites: Overview of the district and building websites and discussion on managing our communication systems. 4. FlieMaker Portal: Review the FileMaker Portal and Access to all district programs. 5. SPARQDATA Portal: Review access to all district meetings, board policies, etc... Discuss administrator reports beginning in September. 6. Safety Plan and Flip Charts: The manuals have been updated. However, we need to review your building information and update staff/phone numbers for all buildings. Please pick up classroom and/or command flip charts for your buildings. 7. STRAT Plan: Review Goals and Action Plans. 8. STRAT Plan Dashboard: Review the STRAT Plan Dashboard. 9. iObservation Portal: Dr. Gibbons will be out to help you setup your teacher observation/coaching model. 10. Building Maintenance Issues: Please send any building issues to me at this time. I will prioritize and discuss these requests with Ronnie. We will begin using the filmmaker portal for these items after Labor Day. 11. 2022-23 Requisitions: Please forward any questions or concerns from the 2022-23 requisitions to Kady. She will review the requisitions and get back to you on the status of anything missing. 12. Navigate 360 Training: Please complete the online Level I Navigate 360 before Labor Day. We will invite law enforcement and board members to participate in Level I Navigate 360 online training. |
