Substitute Teacher Update: SEA negotiations team expressed concern with math PD during the regular school day with the shortage of substitute teachers. Discussion on options we have to host the necessary PD in a timely fashion. 3. Tech Fair/Professional /Development: Review tech fair/staff development fall Workshops. 4. Parent-Teacher Conferences: Review October Parent-Teacher Conference. Update on Rooms, CKH for new teachers, Culture Shaping for Support Staff. 5. Strategic Plan: Dr. Gibbons will work with you to complete the Dashboard update. Thank you for your support of this process and the staff/parent participation in ThoughtExchange. We still have two months to complete items on the 2022 plan and begin planning for the 2023 STRAT Plan. 6. Parent Exchange: 146 (121 English, 25 Spanish) participants, 77 shared thoughts, 2,484 ratings. Star Rating Ratio was 32. 7. Threat Assessment: We have offered the Threat Assessment Training to board members, Chief of Police and County Sheriff.
