We will let you know when the ESU Coop site is open. 4.Teacher Observations and Evaluations: Please make sure any teachers in need of intensive support have a plan to work on for improvement. You need to check-in every two weeks to see how they are progressing. 5. Early Retirement Eligibility: Please remind your staff, if they have any interest in being considered for the early retirement program, they need to get their applications in to Penny by March 1, 2023. 6. Administrator Contracts: Please sign and return your 2023-24 contracts as soon as possible. 7. March P-T Conference: Continue discussion of 3rd Quarter P-T Conferences. 8. 2023-24 Staffing: Discussion on 2023-24 staffing needs. 9. ROOMS Update: Discussion setup and implementation of ROOMS. |
