January 6, 2015 at 9:00 AM - SCS Administration Meeting

Rationale:  1.  January Board Reports:  These are due on Wednesday.  I will be gone on Thursday and Friday, so will not be able to post on those two days.  Sally will make the meeting public at noon on Friday.

2.  January Meeting Schedule:  See the district meeting schedule.  For other non-district level meetings, the superintendent's calendar is posted on the district website.

3.  Transportation Program:  We will begin using the transportation program to book conferences, vehicles, etc... for second semester.

4.  Curriculum Meetings:  See 2015 Curriculum Cycle.  January 13-14 Discovery Ed. at SMS.

5.  VJ Smith/Dave Weber Workshops:  Dave Weber will present from 8:30 to 11:00.  VJ Smith will present from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.  I need someone to take Dave and VJ back to the airport following the last presentation.  Their flight is scheduled for 5:45 PM.

6.  Kevin Hunnicut Workshop:  Dr. Hoesing will work out the details this week with Kevin's contract.  We will discuss the workshop schedule next week.

7.  Custodial Staff at Richland:  Ronnie Mundil said they would cover the position with current staff until they secure a replacement for Armando Venzor.
