Rationale:
Communication Effort Respect Responsibility Belief One Good Thing! Professional Reading: (Power of a Positive Team): 1. Probationary Teacher Evaluations: All probationary teachers are required to have one full observation and evaluation completed during each semester of their first three years. This observation must be for a full-class period. 2. Administration Growth Plans: Dr. Gibbons has informed me that he has worked with each of you to complete your growth plans for the 2019-20 school year. If you want to make any changes to these plans, I will be meeting with each of the administrators to review these plans and make adjustments where necessary. 3. Strategic Plan Review: Discuss the 2019 strategic plan report and progress on the action plans. These are due on Friday, November 8th. Pleas make sure you visit with your staff to make sure we honor the work that was completed in your building/program during 2019. Once updated, we will share these results with our staff, parents and community leaders. 4. Thoughtexchange: A representative from Thoughexchange will be here to guide our strategic planning process on Wednesday, November 27th. As an administrative team, we need to finalize the topics and an agenda for the morning. 5. Health Screens: We will be hosting health screens again on the morning of the strategic planning meeting. The meeting is setup to allow individuals to leave for their screen, and return to give input into the strategic planning process. 6. 2020-21 Calendar: Dave will create a draft of the 2020-21 School Calendar. We will begin discussion on this calendar in December. |
