1.  Book Review:   "Real Talk"  Chapters 7 and 8

2.  August/September Teacher Observation Schedule:  Due Tuesday, Sept. 1st.  Please email your calendar. 

3.  Teacher Evaluation Instrument:  (Dave Gibbons)  Discussion on board adoption of the new teacher evaluation process.  There was some concern expressed about our current teacher evaluation program and the board policy requirement in conflict with state statute.  We will be proposing a new evaluation system in September and may address this change at this time. 

4. Lunch Program (Gerry Reinsch)  There is a question about consistency between buildings?? 

5.  Alternative Education Program: (Gerry Reinsch)

6. Bus Program:  Update on before and after-school bus program.

7. Monthly District Program Meetings:  SEA, Food Service, Custodial, Para/Office, Alt. Ed,

8. 6-12 Resource Officer Program:  I visited with Valarie Comley about the support for student attendance.

9. Focus and Our Time Programs:  Update on the two student mentor (advocate) programs at the middle and high school programs.
