December 1, 2015 at 9:00 AM - Schuyler Administration Meeting @ SMS Conference Room

1.  Book Review:  School Leadership for Results:  Dave Gibbons

2.  Strategic Planning Review:  We reviewed staff input on the strategic planning meeting.  We also reviewed the card responses.  The tech staff will compile the parent results from their meetings and will have these results available for staff at at later date.  

3.  Strategic Planning Parent Input Sessions:  Parent input sessions are scheduled for Monday, December 7th at SCHS.  SMS is scheduled for Monday, December 21st, and SES is scheduled for December 22nd.  SCHS and SMS are scheduled for 7:00 PM and the SES meeting is scheduled for 9:00 AM.

4.  First Semester Probationary Teacher Evaluations:  Make sure you complete all probationary teacher evaluations prior to Christmas break. 

5.  iObservation:  3rd Day of training is scheduled for December 14th at the Retreat Center.
