Consider approving the designation that any piece of building furniture, school supplies and/or classroom equipment currently being housed or used in a building will stay with that building upon the termination of the SCU #5 unification and the accompanying Use Agreement for the NCAPS programs as presented.

Consider approving the 2024-25 Vehicle Distribution List for each district and agreement as presented.

Consider approving a $350.00 stipend for Bus Driver recruitment for each new driver that successfully completes all district, State and Federal DOT requirements and is available for district use 60 days and successfully drives five (5) times as presented.

Consider approving the Special Education Programming Model, as follows, for Lawrence-Nelson & Sandy Creek school districts beginning with the 2024-25 School Year, to be reviewed annually in November each year:

• (referred to as the "Blue Option")
• Special Education Director - Sandy Creek holds contract:
  • Sandy Creek will invoice Lawrence-Nelson for 40% of personnel costs.
  • Sandy Creek will Invoice Lawrence-Nelson for 40% of costs associated with the SPED Director operation.
• Life Skills Program - Each District as Independent
• Achieve Program - Each District as Independent
• Scale Program - Housed in the Sandy Creek District and Sandy Creek will hold personnel contracts:
  • Sandy Creek will invoice Lawrence-Nelson for 50% of personnel costs.
  • Sandy Creek will Invoice Lawrence-Nelson for 50% of costs associated with the Scale Program operation. 
• Elementary & Secondary - Each District as Independent

Consider approving the August 31, 2023 Audit as presented.
