Discussion:
Hunter submitted an estimate for each level of Wauneta of $104100 for a total of $312300. We will need to see if a transformer is needed and what Pivot Electric needs for electrical.

Discussion:
Pankonin Ag services submitted an estimate for our annual lawn care program. Can possibly add buzz control and spraying of parking lots for sandburrs.

V.6. Review Transportation Report and Possible Options
Discussion:
Marty shared his discussion with Kelly Fanning about the coach buses expenses. Ashley has provided an expense report to show coach bus expenditure from 2015-2020 current. Marty also shared estimates of 40 and 52 passenger buses. Masters Transportation is bringing a 42 passenger bus for us to look at.

V.7. Discuss Building Options
Discussion:
Jon talked to Heritage Schools in Wayne about a prefab school. Ballpark estimate is $1.1M for 24000 sq ft building. Allison has been in contact with Sterling Colorado about their elementary location to tour. The Sterling maintenance head will be in touch with us to schedule a time to tour. We also reviewed BD Construction plan from 2016.
