Brock Malcom addressed the board to remind the board members that the public is watching.. Stephanie Malcom addressed the board on behalf of ESU 15 and podcasts that she is making podcasts for professional learning. @Home. Sweet. Home. podcast using teacher and student voices to learn about what their needs are and the top one is students being engaged in their learning.

Carl Dietz informed the board about feasibility study scope. FNBO Capital Markets to help guide the board to drive decision making and help the board make decisions on the financial side of things.

Discussion:
Geier shared that he is working on CARES Act funding that we qualify for additional funding. Air quality control is an area that we could use the funding for, Geier will work diligently to find the best use for our funding within the guidlelines.

VIII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Gaston shared that half of our students improved in two or more tests for MAPS and some will receive an incentive day for their performance on Thursday. Teachers continued to meet with their PLC which lead to improve students performance.
