Discussion:
Larissa Gerhartz addressed the board and asked about the CARES act and the funds appropriation. And she and Shane may approach the board at a later time about the live streaming. Stephanie Malcom expressed concern to the board about Shelby Brennan and Shane Gerhartz recent dismissals. Brock Malcom expressed his concern that students should be able to do more and the teachers as well. All stakeholders need to grow and promote growth. Malcom asked that the meetings be sent via all call or text message.

VII.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Geier updated the board about the CARES act funds he has been in contact with the lawyers on the purpose for the grant funds. We have received $169,169. Possible uses of the grant money: Tech, curriculum, air quality control, possibility of making up for funds spent in 2020. Title Grant $74000 will be completed this week. Last year we received $57000 title grant.

VII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
NSCAS testing is underway and science will be a new pilot test. Gaston shared that he administered the NSCAS science test. Gaston reported that all JH track kids were excited for their first track meet. New activity bus might be here the end of next week.
