Discussion:
/Stephanie Malcom addressed the board with sadness that WP Interact club cannot meet without a facility request form. She shared that Interact has been active in the communities and serving those communities. She expressed that the kids are disappointed that the Interact club cannot meet during school time. Malcom shared that there is a Soctober fest for October to collect by 10/20/2021 and Student Advocacy for Parents/Stakeholders class 10/19/2021.

VII.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Geier shared that property line west of greenhouse extends further west than originally planned. School is planning to install a fence on the west side and have been communicating with the neighbor and the village.

VII.2. Principal Reports
Discussion:
Frecks shared that the touch panels are installed and students and teachers are using them and training will happen soon. These will enhance learning for our students and benefit the teachers. Gaston also shared that teachers are using as well. Fire Safety week and Homecoming week was very busy for the elementary students. PLC with ESU are working well and teachers are working towards a standards based report card. First quarter is almost over and PT conferences begin next Thursday. RPAC VB tourney begins 10/18/2021 in Trenton. We have new students that are adjusting well.
