Discussion:
June 3, 2022 Hondo, Marty & Aaron met to discuss building and grounds priority list. They compiled four priorities:
Safety(fire safety) ADA compliance (elevator), upgrade utilities, and making enough classroom space for PK-12. |

VI.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Meals for student and staff has been provided from USDA, we don't have answers with this for upcoming school year, we may need to set meal prices accordingly. Preparing for 2022-2023 budget season looking at the increase in valuation, working through all the numbers. Hail damage to the school fleet. Effective Educator's summit will be this week in Lincoln and WP was invited to share our success with student and teacher achievement utilizing Marzano and instructional strategies.

VI.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Mike Ruy ewill be coming June 29, 30th to share Marzano and instructional strategy. Summer weights has good attendance.

VI.3. ESU 15 Report
Discussion:
Sandman reported that ESU 15 met at 12 CT today and new board member, Nathan Behlke of Benkelman was sworn in, approved the memorandum of understanding with ESU 16, disposal inventory, cancellation of July meeting, preapproval of July bills, and mental health funds will be coming and should be returned to participating districts, next meeting August 10, 2022 at 12 CT.
