VIII.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Geier shared that he has been working diligently on the 2023-2024 budget. OAC meeting will be Wednesday, 9/20/2023, ESU 15 superintendents meeting on Thursday, 9/21/2023. Last Thursday attended NSAA meeting as District 5 representation. Next week Geier will be second conference meeting on Wednesday.

VIII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Frecks reported that school is going well. New staff members are fitting in well. Ms. Ballon is waiting for tax exemption from WP Schools to finalize her visa documents. Fall o.NSCAS/MAP testing begins this week. 8 special ed students attended a HS rodeo. Frecks shared the art and science of teaching with Marzanno. Angie Dickey (ESU 15 staff developer) will be meeting with Frecks this week. Activities update: JH VB is tomorrow versus today because of a funeral. JV FB versus Southwest was postposted.

Discussion:
NASB Area Membership meeting was 8/29, Laurie & Allison attended. NASB Convention is 11/15-11/17 in Omaha. Registration is open.
