Discussion:
Geier shared budget update with the board. OAC meeting on 12/18. RPAC Supt meeting 12/20 and end of first semester 12/21. Rock will be arriving for the empty lot this week. Ms. Merrill has been in the district this past week to prepare for her English position second semester.

VIII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Ms. Ballon will arrive before second semester. Elementary concert tomorrow. CS club will host soup/pie supper before. Testing is currently underway.

VIII.3. ESU 15 Report
Discussion:
ESU 15 met last week for Christmas dinner at Enders. Next meeting will be 1/11/2023 in McCook. A joint 15/16 member workshop will be January 24, 2024 in North Platte.
