Scott mentioned that we need to consider surplus items for disposal i.e. PTAC units, Wauneta boiler, diesel tank.
Building Update: Consider updating HVAC in counselor office, OAC meeting today update that 2nd floor should be complete by end of February, addition is waiting on pivot to complete rough in then sheet rock can complete next. |

Geier shared budget information updates. Monthly RPAC meeting tomorrow, we will have three new schools, two teams entering the conference next fall (Hi Line (E-F, Elwood) and Sutherland). RPAC BB tourney begins this week. RPAC wrestling tourney is Friday.
