VIII.1. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Geier reported he would attend NRCSA spring conference on Wednesday through Friday in Kearney. Our $110,000 ESSR Grant marked for HVAC has been approved. RPAC Superintendents meeting on 3/20. OAC Meeting on 3/21. Look at 4/15 for April meeting. Shared an updated financial position.

VIII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Frecks shared the end of 3rd quarter is 3/15. Good showing for Spelling Bee Kamryn Fanning won the oral event. We have good turn out for spring track, instrumental RPAC in Hayes Center next week, PTO is working to gain involvement, Kindergarten Roundup and Preschool Open House will be in May.

Discussion:
ESU 15 met today and hired a .20 FTE reading specialist and discussed proposed legislation.

Discussion:
NASB Board of Directors will meet on Saturday in Lincoln.
