VIII.1. Superintent Report
Discussion:
Geier shared that Ashley was very helpful with the budget process, recognized Guy for his hard work on the visitors' FB bleachers, and we now meet safety standards. Geier suggests creating paved handicapped parking area near the new home bleachers. Geier share concerns with board about dogs during football games. Geier is looking at parking posts around the new gym.

VIII.2. Principal Report
Discussion:
Frecks shared the cell phone policy updates, noting that only 8-9 phones have been taken, and there have been no second offenses to date. Words training continues next week with elementary teachers, school improvement SSTS meeting yesterday at the ESU with Williams and Einspahr. Nebraska reading improvement act affects how often we are testing students on their reading with MAPS and NSCAS. SPED Rodeo in North Platte tomorrow, 11 students will attend. Playground equipment should be scheduling shippping tomorrow.. Shifting middle and high school grade updates to electronic via infinite campus, improving parental communication. Many events happening on Thursday, home JH FB/VB, XC at Chase County, VB at St. Francis.

ESU 15 meets on Thursday, 9/11/2025, at noon CT to set the budget and levy.

Discussion:
Upcoming NASB events registration for state convention 11/19-21 begins 9/10, governors' education finance committee meets 9/22, labor relations 10/1-2. The area membership meeting was well attended.
