2. Discuss, Review, and Consider District Mission, Objectives, and Strategies
Discussion:
The Board and administration discussed the district's priorities. The identified priorities will be used to guide the vision and direction of education at Boone Central. A strategic plan will be developed and approved that aligns with the mission and beliefs of the school district. |

3. Discuss, Review and Consider Action Plan
Discussion:
The Board and administration reviewed stakeholder contributions and recommendations. Seven priorities were considered including academic achievement, quality staff and professional development, progressive and positive district culture, sustain and grow student programs, safe and effective facilities, community partnerships, and technology. |
