Discussion:
EMC renewal was approximately 11.4% increase over 2023-2024 EMC costs and deductibles have increased. EMC renewal cost $133,742. ALICAP proposal was approximately $22,000 more than EMC proposal but deductibles were considerably less. ALICAP proposed cost $155,302.
