I move to approve the consent agenda which includes the minutes from the August 19 regular meeting, the August 30 budget workshop, the September financials, and the September agenda. Passed with a motion by Rodney Lamb and a second by Michelle Miller.

I move to approve Substitute Teacher Pay as presented. Substitute pay will be $150 for a full day, $75 for a half day and $200 per day for a long term sub. Lunch will be provided. Passed with a motion by Michelle Miller and a second by Tom Griffith.

I move to approve the trades class building opportunity as presented not to exceed $12,500.00. We will revisit prior to electrical work being done. We will also seek funding opportunitites from both the A-M Foundation and Custer County Foundation. Passed with a motion by Tom Griffith and a second by Rodney Lamb.

I move to approve NRCSA for Strategic Planning as presented. Passed with a motion by Rodney Lamb and a second by Tom Griffith.

I move to go into Closed Session for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual. Passed with a motion by Rodney Lamb and a second by Tom Griffith.
