II. Review of Board Goals
Discussion:
The Board discussed the Board Goals. Mrs. Beair discussed the slight regression in test scores during the COVID 19 shutdown.

II.a. Goal 1 - Student Achievement
Discussion:
The board was given a presentation by Mrs. Beair on student testing data for fall 2020. |

II.b. Goal 2 - Facilities & Finance
Discussion:
The board discussed current facility needs, consideration of future facility needs, and budget. |

II.c. Goal 3 - Communication
Discussion:
The board discussed board committee membership. |

III. Adjournment
Discussion:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m. The next regular Board Meeting will be Monday, December 14, 2020, at the Elementary School Commons.
