Discussion: The Board approved the absence of Mr. Lynn Junck.

II.a. Resignation - Discuss, Consider, and Take Necessary Action on Certificated Staff Resignation Agreement and discuss legal advice regarding an on-going investigation

The Board President stated: The Board has adopted a motion to enter closed session to discuss contract negotiations and ongoing investigations and to receive legal advice, to protect the attorney-client privilege, and to protect the public interest. The Board will limit itself to discussion of this issue. passed with a motion by Mr. Justin Davis and a second by Mrs. Jaime Manz.

Discussion: The Board entered Executive Session at 7:03 p.m. and exited Executive Session at 7:22 p.m. The Board approved the resignation and agreement with Mrs. Pam Vander Veen.

II.b. Natural Gas Bill - Discuss, Consider, and Take Necessary Action on the Constellation Natural Gas Bill

Motion to approve the claim to Constellation NewEnergy gas Division, LLC for $30,066.16 passed with a motion by Mr. Justin Davis and a second by Mrs. Sylvia Ruhl.

Discussion: The Board approved the natural gas bill from Constellation. The lunch fund is being billed for 1/3 of the cost. The high cost of the bill is due to the high demand period that we experienced during the cold snap in February.

II.c. PMC Athletic Training Agreement - Discuss, Consider, and Take Necessary Action on the Agreement with PMC for Athletic Training Services

Motion to provide the superintendent authorization to terminate the agreement with Providence Medical Center for Athletic Training Services passed with a motion by Mr. Justin Davis and a second by Mrs. Jaime Manz.

Discussion: The Board approved to terminate the agreement with Providence Medical Center for Athletic Training Services. Dr. Jodi Pulfer abstained from voting due to being on the PMC Board.
