The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Jr/Sr High School Library.

II. Strategic Planning Work Session - NASB Staff
Discussion:
Marcia Herring and Kari Stephens, Nebraska Association of School Boards, discussed the findings from the surveys that were sent to the Board, administrators, teachers, staff, and stakeholders. They also discussed the next steps in the Strategic Plan Framework. The Board and Dr. Lenihan thanked them for all the work they have done and the help they have offered to Wayne Community Schools.
