Discussion:
Mr. Lenihan presented the Amended Budget notices that were posted in the Wayne Herald. He explained that amending the budget is necessary due to the refinancing of bonds from the middle school, currently the elementary school. He noted there was no changes made in the levy, and as a result of the refinancing, showed a $379,000 savings.
