The Board Retreat was called to order at 5:04 p.m.

II. Review of Board Goals
Discussion:
The Board completed a Board Assessment and discussed the results. The Board discussed the three goals as a whole. The possibility of having a rotation review of all Board policies was discussed. Bob Soukup, Carlson West Povondra Architects, discussed the facility study results.
