The meeting was called to order by President Steve Vyhnalek at 8:00 pm with all members present.

Discussion:
Mr. Allen presented information on Homecoming activities; Mr. Peteranetz's 5th & 6th Grade Museum Project; Art students designing barn quilts for the Saline County Museum. Upcoming events are: Parent Teacher Conferences Oct. 11; CRC volleyball tourney Oct 13-16; FBLA Red Cross Blood Drive Oct. 24; EPAC Halloween Party Oct. 28; Volleyball Sub-Districts Oct 29-30.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented information on an upcoming Negotiations meeting and upcoming NASB Fall Conference on November 14-16. He shared some future facility plans regarding the gym floors, locker rooms, roof and track with the Board.

8.1. Discuss Evaluation of Superintendent.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk distributed information on his evaluation for use next month.

8.2. Review Board of Education Policies #4001-4004.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk reviewed policies #4001 Nondiscrimination; #4002 Drug Free Workplace; #4003 Drug Policy for Drivers and #4004 Employment of Relatives. No changes were required.

8.3. Review DPS Job Descriptions.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk described the process to review DPS job descriptions over the next few months.
