Discussion:  President Zoubek called the meeting to order at 7:02. School personnel present were Superintendent Mitch Kubicek, Principal Duane Dohmen, and Joyce Karl.

Discussion:  All members were present.

Discussion:  Several patrons from the district were present.

Discussion:  Mr. Kubicek presented information regarding enrollment and participation numbers. Other information including conference affiliation, transportation, and NSAA classification was shared.

Discussion:  Several members of the community were present to discuss several topics: -A basketball cooperative would be varsity immediately, unlike the JV only cooperative for Football. -Players and coaches noted a positive experience with the football cooperative. -If Boys' Basketball were in a cooperative, Girls' Basketball would likely be in a cooperative as well due to scheduling of contests. -Concerns about students not participation if a cooperative were to occur were shared. -Concerns about the ability to field a team with low participation numbers were shared. Facing the possibility of forfeiting contests due to low numbers was a concern. -A discussion about developing youth programs to generate greater participation numbers was held. -Questions about additional opportunities such as softball, cross country, and FFA were posed. -The possibility of using Milford's track for practice opportunities, even in there was not a Track cooperative, was discussed.
