1. Call to Order and Announce Open Meetings Act Verification
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order by President Steve Vyhnalek at 7:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

Also present were Superintendent Daryl Schrunk, Prinicipal Jake Wiese and Linda Woolsey.

Discussion:
Shelly Lehr, newly elected board member starting in January was present.

7.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wiese presented information on teacher observations. DPS winter sports have begun. One-Act Play finished first at Districts and will present at State on December 9th. MAP Testing has started for elementary math and reading. Mr. Wiese is celebrating "12 Day of Holiday Cheer" to show support for DPS staff. January 4th will be PD in-house, instead of Blue River Cohort Day. Quarter 2 rallies will be held on December 22nd. Other upcoming events will be the elementary Christmas concert on Dec. 14th and the 7-12 Christmas concert on Dec. 18th. School resumes on January 5th.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented information on the plans for youth sports when dealing with COVID-19 requirements. Numbers within the school of COVID cases and protocols were reviewed. Further discussion will be needed for the elementary Christmas concert with current DHM guidelines.

Mr. Schrunk reviewed policies #5055-Enrollment of Students, #5064-Title 1 Supplement Not Supplant, #5065-Bedbugs, #6001-School Organization and #6002-School Calendar. No changes were needed.
