The meeting was called to order by President Steve Vyhnalek at 7:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

9.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wiese presented information on the One-Act Play 5th place finish at the State Play Production. He attended a virtual NCSA State Principal's Conference and completed his classes for PK-12 certification. Winter MAP Testing was been completed in the elementary for Math and Reading. A Elementary Excellence Rally was held on December 22nd. A Secondary Excellence Rally was held on January 8th. A Professional Development Day was held on January 4th with all staff. Upcoming events include many various basketball games and tournaments. The elementary and secondary concerts have been rescheduled for January 18th. Another professional development day will be held on January 27th with Nancy Meyer and Ruby Payne focused on poverty.

Mr. Schrunk discussed topics for a Board Retreat on March 1st. E-Rate bidding will be done for new switches.
