The August meeting was called to order by President Steve Vyhnalek at 8:00 pm with all board members present.

7.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Allen presented information on the new teacher orientation and Administrator Days held August 1-2 in Lincoln. Upcoming events are Youth Frontiers on August 20-22, Fall Sports Preview on August 22nd and Volleyball and Football Scrimmages on August 23rd.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented information on the upcoming NASB Fall Membership Meeting on September 4th. The September 6th home football game may necessitate an early release day for students. Nothing has been decided at this time.
Facility updates: Many projects completed this summer by Adam Briggs and Michelle Pliva with additional help by Deanna Bird, Jeremy Pliva, Corey Bird and Eric Bird. Projects completed include: Boys/Girls Locker Room, Repair/Replace Shower hardware, gym lights, Preschool room enlargement and Interventionist Office. Mr. Schrunk presented information on Admininstration Days held August 1-2 in Lincoln. |

Discussion:
After some discussion, the Board asked Mr. Schrunk to gather information from other school districts for their guidelines. No other action taken.

Mr. Schrunk presented information on the proposed budget for the 2019-2020 school year.
